The successful candidates will be employed as Cosmetics Sales Consultants in the cosmetics department, responsible for performing the following duties:
- Assisting with loading, off-loading, and unpacking stock upon arrival
- Handling merchandise with care to avoid losses
- Providing helpful, courteous assistance and advice to customers
- Conducting product demos through makeovers, spray activities, and activities
- Managing damaged and expired stocks by following stock rotation procedures
- Ensuring shelves contain a full range of products at all times
- Reporting price discrepancies, out-of-stock items, expired and damaged stock, and low stock levels to management
- Managing displays and marking items in line with Dis-Chem standards
- Resolving customer complaints and queries
- Ensuring the accuracy of salon appointment bookings
- Achieving sales targets for various brands and vendors
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of new and existing products and brands in the retail industry
Who should apply?
